Why doesn’t my kit have an activation code?

There are several reason why your kit might not have an activation code:

1. Relationship testing kits do not have activation codes. Only ancestry, medical and traits tests have activation codes.

2. If you ordered your ancestry, medical or trait test prior to August 2, 2016, your kit may not have an activation code. If you have already linked your kit to your account, your kit will already be activated and no further action is required. If you have not yet linked your kit to your account, go to www.dnaaccess.com, click "Activate Your Kit" and follow the instructions provided.
