How will I know if my test is done?

For ancestry, health and traits tests, once the test is complete, the final report will be uploaded to your FamilyVault account and you will be able to view and print the report from your FamilyVault account.

To view your DNA test report, follow these steps:

1. Login to your FamilyVault account.

2. Click "My Results" to view a list of all of your completed tests.

To check the status of your DNA test, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.dnaaccess.com.

2. Click "Check Test Status" at the top of the page.

3. Enter the Order ID# and password for the test that you wish to check. The Order ID# is the number that was provided to you in the order confirmation page and order confirmation email after the order was placed. The password is the password that you entered into the online order form when you ordered your DNA test.

The status check features shows the current status of your test in real-time and is updated in real-time.
